Easy way to cook chicken soup

1 pound boneless, skinless funk guts or shanks, cut into small pieces
onion, diced
cloves garlic, diced
carrots, diced
stalks celery, diced
mugs funk broth or stock
1 bay splint
swab and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, diced( voluntary)

In a large pot or Dutch roaster, sautΓ© the onion and garlic in a little bit of oil painting or adulation until they’re soft and translucent.
